RAIPUR: Amidst the scorching summer heat, a heartwarming tale unfolds as a 10-year-old boy and his 13-year-old friend have decided to offer cool earthen pot water to pedestrians and passers-by in Raipur.
Every day from morning 10am to 4pm, the youngsters offer cool water to people at their makeshift hut.
Khilesh Baag (10) and his 13-year-old friend Granth Sagar are students of a government school in Civil lines area.
The earthen pots are filled by one Renjan Jain who lives nearby.
The kids live in a nearby housing society and generally come home as I teach them also. As their summer vacation started, the kids started playing in the scorching heat which could lead to adverse effects on their health. Last year also, we along with these children had opened a ‘Pyau Ghar’ during the summer time, Jain said.
